How do I apply to become a wholesale partner?
You simply fill out our wholesale application located in the navigation menu above or here. Once your application is received we will notify you of your acceptance status in 1-3 business days.
I have been approved for a wholesale account! Now what?
Once we have approved your account you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your registration. Once you are logged in you will be able to view our wholesale prices.
What are your order minimums?
Our candles are packaged in cases of 12, and we require a minimum order of 6 cases per purchase. This policy helps us maintain efficient production and shipping processes, enabling us to offer competitive pricing to our valued customers.
What is your turn around time?
Our typical turn around time is 6-8 weeks. If you need a more accurate estimate please reach out to us.
How will I receive my order?
You are always invited to collect your order from our showroom located at 4220 Gannett St., St. Louis, MO 63116. We also provide local delivery for a fee of $20. Additionally, any orders exceeding $750 will qualify for free local delivery.
What do you consider "local"?
Our business is located at 4220 Gannett St., St. Louis, MO 63116. We will deliver within a 30 mile radius of our store. That covers most of the St. Louis, St. Louis County and Metro East region.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is required at the time of purchase, and we accept all major credit cards.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from vegan soy coconut blended wax. They are very fragrant and have an approximate burn time of 100 hours.
